Alison Durin is a visual artist, born in England, and living on the West Coast of Scotland since 2010.
With over 25 years' experience working as an independent artist and outdoor learning practitioner in community and participatory settings, her practice is grounded in a strong sense of connection and care between people and nature. Incorporating gathered materials in her mixed media prints and collages, she aims to create soothing and absorbing, texturally rich artworks that allude to the lines and patterns found in the natural world and within ourselves. |
